Making a ‘leaderful’ RCN: Why our members must be activists
To win for RCN members, patients and the profession as a whole, we need an active and engaged membership. This session will explore why this is so important and how we can build this together. It will look at how passive members become active and what more we can all do. It will also serve as the Congress launch of the RCN Activism Academy, a new initiative as part of the RCN Institute to drive a transformation in the activism of our membership.
