Scottish government to impose NHS pay offer
The Scottish government is to impose their current pay offer on nursing staff working in the NHS in Scotland despite RCN members’ overwhelming rejection of the same offer.

Strike planning to continue after members reject revised NHS pay offer
RCN Scotland planning for strike action in the NHS continues after members in Scotland rejected a revised NHS pay offer. Early in the new year we will announce dates for strike action. An overwhelming 82% of members who voted rejected the offer in the consultative ballot which closed at midday on Monday.
