RCN calls for tackling the health and care workforce crisis to be a top priority for the new First Minister
Following the First Minister’s statement to the Scottish Parliament, in which he set out his government's priorities for the next three years, RCN Scotland has called on the First Minister to prioritise building a sustainable nursing workforce to meet Scotland’s needs.

Ministerial Taskforce must deliver for the nursing profession and the people of Scotland
The Ministerial Nursing and Midwifery Task Force meets for the first time today (6 April) and we are calling for it to be informed by the views and experiences of RCN members and other existing and future nursing staff.
