Digital Innovation in Nursing Award

Sponsored by Digital Health & Care Northern Ireland

There has been a noticeable acceleration in the adoption of digital systems and ways of working across health and care in recent years, with nurses and midwives driving innovative practice through the use of technology and data which has led to positive change for patients, service users and colleagues.

This award aims to recognise practice, research or educational initiatives that have used technology and data in a truly innovative and person-focused way to improve health outcomes, patient experience or service effectiveness.   This may include, using technology in new ways to increase its benefits and support new ways of working, and capturing and analysing data on health outcomes or service effectiveness.
