Our Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Tuesday 29 November 2022 from 2-5pm at RCN HQ, 20 Cavendish Square, London and online, following the independent review into the culture of the RCN.

The agenda will enable attendees to hear from Pat Cullen, RCN General Secretary & Chief Executive, on the context and background to the review, as well as Bruce Carr KC on the findings and recommendations of his independent review.

There will also be a discussion about what actions are being taken in response to the review and the proposed transformational organisational plan that has been developed.

Members will have the opportunity to ask questions, which can be submitted in advance.

They will also be asked to vote on a member resolution, which is a question of confidence in RCN Council’s leadership during the time period looked at by Bruce Carr KC. The resolution from members also calls for current and relevant Council office holders to step down.

To attend in person, please book your space now as there are limited spaces. Members will be contacted by Civica about how to attend virtually and vote on the member resolution.
