The RCN Library and Heritage Centre, London will be closed on Saturdays over May bank holiday weekends, and on Saturdays in July and August again in 2024.
This academic style term-time model of Saturday opening was trialled last year due to lower levels of usage on Saturdays. We are extending this trial into 2024 as usage remains low and as an opportunity to gather more feedback from you, our members.

We have always closed Saturdays in August and this is not expected to change. All our online library resources continue to be available 24/7, 7 days a week, with the physical library remaining open 10am-7pm Monday – Friday in July and August.
