Following on from last year's success, the RCN libraries, museum and archive are reapplying for Customer Service Exccelence.
As part of this important process, we are inviting volunteers who have used our services to speak with an assessor about their experience. The assessment day will take place 27 November 2024. If you are able to volunteer just 30 minutes of your time, we’d love to hear from you. Your feedback is vital to helping us continue to improve and provide the best possible service to our customers.
