Come to your local branch AGM.
You are warmly invited to your local RCN West Yorkshire branch Annual General Meeting, which is being held on Tuesday 29 October 2024, from 5pm to 6pm. This online event held via Microsoft Teams, is open to all members of the West Yorkshire branch, come along and get involved.

Why is the AGM important?
The strength of a trade union is in its numbers but each and every individual branch has an important part to play in making your union's voice heard. If you attend only one branch meeting a year, make it your AGM and help to set the agenda for you and your fellow local members for the year ahead.
Stand for a branch role
Your AGM is also your opportunity to elect your branch committee members, including the branch Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Being on the branch committee is a great personal and professional development opportunity. If you are interested in applying for a role then please complete our online nomination form here by the deadline of 11.59pm on 22 October 2024. You can also nominate yourself for a role at the branch AGM but only if no one else has submitted a nomination by the 22 October deadline. Register your attendance
To register your attendance, please use the booking button above. Upon registration, you will receive an email including a link to join the Microsoft Teams meeting on the day. You do not need to have the Microsoft Teams app to join the meeting, you can join using the web browser of any internet enabled device.
