This interactive session will provide opportunity to explore some practical ways we can look after ourselves, recognising that we are working in difficult times and in challenging systems.
Presented by Dr Cat O'Callaghan, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Lead for SATH, and Dr Camilla Johns, Professional Lead and Consultant Clinical Psychologist at ShropCom, the session will also cover the RCN’s role in supporting staff health and wellbeing and what they can offer in this context.
The learning event will run from 1pm – 3pm, and will be followed by a branch meeting from 3.30pm – 4.30pm.
This event is hybrid, which means you can either attend in person at Shropshire Education and Conference Centre or join online via Microsoft Teams.
To register your attendance, please book your place here. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include the link to join the Microsoft Teams meeting on the day if you want to attend virtually.
You will need to log-in to your RCN account before booking. If you don't have an RCN account, it's a really simple process to create one - just follow the steps provided.
