An inspirational, motivational and fascinating story, Ian will talk about his journey, his recovery and the process involved, how to recognise the signs that you may be struggling, and where to go to get help.
This learning event is being held in person, with the option for members to join online if they prefer.
Light snacks and refreshments will be available at the venue if you are attending in person.
