RCN Wales will be hosting an in-person roundtable discussion on 'Unlocking Continuing Professional Development Opportunities in Rural Practice'
This event provides an opportunity to network with other colleagues based within the Independent Sector to share stories and your unique experiences of working in Wales. We hope this event will develop relationships across the sector which will build confidence and amplify the voice of nurses.
The discussion will explore the unique challenges of accessing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in rural and independent care settings, focusing on:
- Practical Solutions: How can we find and create meaningful CPD opportunities in areas with limited resources.
- Building Local Networks: Strategies for connecting with peers and organizations to share knowledge and resources.
This event is open to members and non-members who are nurses working across the Independent Health and Social Care Sector in Wales. Refreshments provided.
