Practice the art of "Relaxing" fully with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation by Hawwa.
Known as yogic sleep, this is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It can assist in easing insomnia, decreasing anxiety, and alleviating stress. It can also help to heighten awareness cultivating feelings of peace, calm, clarity, rest and restoration.
Wear something comfy and make yourself cosy, this session can be done lying or sitting down.
How to join
