Plymouth branch meeting
18 Feb 2025, 18:00 - 19:30
Choose event information:
Please join us for our first branch meeting of the year, and help welcome our guest speaker, Karl from Shekinah, whose talk will address the important topics of homelessness, and drug and alcohol addiction.
The new branch team are really keen to meet you and share our plan for the year. But more importantly, this is your opportunity to have your say on the activities and learning events that your branch undertakes and to make your voice heard on the topics that concern you and the work of the RCN. Please do come along and get involved if you can.
This month we will be joined by Karl from Shekinah to share some of the services and opportunities available to people who have experienced or are experiencing homelessness, or drug and alcohol addiction. For more than 30 years, their services have supported people to build positive lives and futures by helping them to find accommodation, assisting improved physical and mental wellbeing, providing training and personal development opportunities, and giving practical support to find employment. Shekinah is potentially somewhere we can signpost our service users from primary and secondary care.
