If you work in independent health or social care in Cornwall then this event for RCN members and non-members is for you.
What does your daily working life feel like? What are your concerns? How can we support you?
To improve your working conditions what would you need someone to know?
This event is a safe space in which you can discuss the realities of your employment.
We know working across the social care sector has unique challenges and the rurality of Cornwall might leave you feeling more isolated. But you have a network of support and we are here for you. Let's start the conversation about what you need to make things better, and celebrate what works well.
Come and talk to us. We have two dates for you to come and have your say: Wednesday 23 April 6-7pm or Wednesday 21 May 4-5pm.
