We will be discussing the job evaluation route to achieving fair pay. Most nursing staff work well over their band specifications. We'll also take you through what support is available to members facing job uncertainty.
As well as the process of evaluating job roles with a view to re-banding, we will also discuss he support that the RCN can offer in the wake of the shock announcement that Integrated Care Boards need to find 50% cost efficiency savings, which puts a lot of jobs at risk.
