Join us for an insightful day that will include an update from the Professional Nursing Committee, talks on the Nursing Workforce Standards, pay, and pensions; and a session on managing anaphylaxis and supporting patients with allergies.
Refreshments will be included and there is no charge for RCN members.
Attendees will increase their awareness of workforce standards, job evaluation and how to request a re-banding of their role, the work of the Professional Nursing Committee and the role of the RCN SW lead for the independent sector. The day will enhance members' knowledge of pensions and offer them an opportunity to ask questions. They will also enhance their clinical practice knowledge with current practice in allergy nursing and the care of patients with anaphylaxis.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, network with fellow professionals, and ensure you are well informed about your rights and standards.
