General practice nursing staff are essential to the health of every community, but your pay terms and conditions often don't reflect the value you bring to your practice and patients.
In the next few weeks, your practice will receive an increase in funding, which should mean an increase in your pay. But it’s up to your practice to set your pay terms and conditions. That's why we’re bringing you expert negotiating advice from nurse activist and RCN member Jeni Watts.
Join us for this session at 6.30pm on Thursday 24 October to:
- Learn how to best structure conversations to get the information you need
- Hear from Jeni about her experiences effectively advocating for better pay
- Improve your confidence talking about pay
- Equip yourself with the negotiation skills needed to get the most from conversations about what you’re worth
