This series of free webinars has been designed for team managers across the UK, to increase awareness of the RCN’s Nursing Workforce Standards.
You’ll discover how the Standards can be used as a bench marking tool in your own organisation, and as a resource to support the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
You’ll learn how to use the Standards in a practical way to support staff and drive continuous improvement. The webinars are also a great way to network with other nurse leaders from across the UK.
