A webinar for Band 6 & 7 Team Leaders and Ward Managers
This webinar is aimed at nurses who are currently working as team leaders or ward managers. These roles are complex and can be demanding, especially given the current challenges on our services. During this session we will explore our understanding of accountability and responsibility within these roles and will provide information on the support available to delegates to help them feel more equipped in their leadership roles. Non-members are welcome.
