We're doing something different to celebrate Pride in London this year. Why not join us?
We're inviting London region members to our special in-person event at RCN headquarters on 19 June to mark Pride. We’re exploring the theme of “Pride, Power and Nursing” and you can expect a jam-packed line-up. Come along, hear inspiring stories, and help us celebrate the LGBTQ+ community in nursing.

Who can attend?
The event is open to all RCN London members. Whether you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally or want to learn more, we want to see you there.
What can you expect?
Our programme includes:
• A keynote speech from Vanessa Sweeney, Chief Nurse, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
• Interactive sessions with RCN members sharing their experience of nursing as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
• A session looking at the role of nursing in trans healthcare.
• Entertainment from a special guest.
Plus, you'll get a free lunch, refreshments and Pride in Nursing goodies to take home with you, and everyone who attends will receive a certificate of learning.
We want you to leave the event feeling excited, empowered, connected and even prouder of who you are and what you do.
