This event is an important opportunity to learn about innovative ideas and practices in the sector, and network with colleagues from the independent health and social care sector across Cumbria, the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber.
This years IHSC conference is entitled Innovating Nursing Excellence in Diverse settings is being held on Tuesday 1 October in York. The day will be hosted by Leanne Hume and Michelle Raddings, Lead Nurses for Independent Health and Social Care in the Northern and Yorkshire & the Humber regions respectively.
The breadth and range of sessions with some fantastic speakers and presenters from across independent health and social care will make this an essential event for anyone working in or has an interest in this critically important sector. Speakers include: Jean Almond, Programme Manager from Parkinsons UK; Joanna Vintis, Lead Nurse and Head of Workforce Development for Newcastle GP Services; as well as Spectrum Community Health CIC and the RCN. This conference is open to all members of the nursing workforce in independent health and social care across Yorkshire & the Humber and Northern regions.
