Bullying and harassment in the workplace is a growing issue in health and social care, with more instances reported than ever before in the NHS in the last 12 months.
Hearing from a range of health care practitioners, academics and legal experts, the 'Feel Free to Blow the Whistle and STOP Bullying in the Workplace' conference will explore:
- how bullying impacts on both staff and patients
- ways to create a healthy, inclusive and compassionate culture
- how to manage and work with difficult behaviours and encourage change
