Come to the inaugural meeting and get involved in our new network for members in the Northern and Yorkshire & the Humber regions working in the independent health and social care sector.
The first meeting of the new network will be held on Wednesday 30 October from 2pm to 4pm online via Microsoft Teams.
The new regional network is aimed at members who are employed in independent health and social care (IHSC). This diverse group includes all nursing staff employed in settings outside the NHS. That could be care homes, nursing agencies, private hospitals or somewhere else entirely. It also includes members – such as general practice nurses – who may provide NHS services but not be employed on Agenda for Change contracts. If this is you and you work in the Northern and the Yorkshire & the Humber regions' then please do come along.
The network is co-chaired by Sandra Blades in the Northern region and Cheryl Lythgoe from the Yorkshire & the Humber region. It will provide an opportunity to bring together members from across the various IHSC setting in both regions to share and swap information, update on the latest news, learn from one another and network.
