This event will enable accredited reps to develop and learn new skills, network, to get to know and support each other and hear about the RCN's work.
This continuous learning and development (CLD) workshop is for RCN reps in the North Cluster (Northern, North West and the Yorkshire & the Humber regions).
Workshop details
This important event will look at the principles of job evaluation and how reps can work together to successfully support members to utilise the job evaluation process. You will also learn how to challenge organisations about their job evaluation policies and consistency of use to win better pay for members.
There will be plenty of time for discussion, sharing experience and knowledge as well as questions. There will also be an opportunity to network with your regional colleagues as well as colleagues from across the North.
