Calling all nurses, defence nursing personnel, health care professionals and non-registered staff.
Last year the Chief Nursing Officer of Defence conducted a valuable workshop titled “Managing Professional Behaviours.” The workshop aimed to enhance participants' understanding of the latest policies, regulations, and guidance from the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the Royal College of Nursing, and defence nursing on managing professional conduct. As a result, participants gained confidence in their roles as leaders, learned how to address concerns regarding professional behaviour, and discovered where to seek assistance and support related to fitness-to-practice decisions. The RCN Defence Nursing Forum is hosting a free 1 hour summary session to disseminate this vital knowledge.
There will be an opportunity for a Q&A session with the speakers at the end of the presentation.
All forum webinars are recorded. You will be able to view this on the RCN Defence Nursing Forum webpage.
NB: RCN Free forum webinars are non CPD/Certificate bearing. To be used for reflective learning only.
