Time to Sing for Breathing

Join this online session and experience first-hand how singing can help to manage the breath, improve fitness and enhance wellbeing.
The hour-long session will include relaxation techniques, breathing and vocal exercises, as well as singing from a wide range of songs.
Rosie Watters is a singer, arts and health facilitator and trained Singing for Lung Health instructor. She currently runs two regular singing groups both online and offline for adults with respiratory conditions, as well as 1-1 arts and craft sessions with inpatients.
How to join
This event will be hosted on Zoom. A joining link will be sent to your email address prior to the event. We do not record "Time To" events, as they are based on participation.
