This workshop is for anyone who's ever sent an email or written a report, sent it off and THEN realised that 'delivered a baby' has autocorrected to 'devoured a baby'.
Editing and proofreading are two distinct but related skills, and this workshop helps you to develop both. It's full of tips and tricks from the Royal Literary Fund, and includes:
- Making your writing concise, accurate and readable
- Ensuring you strike the right tone
- Proofreading tips that will help your writing shine
Using discussion and practice activities, this workshop offers you a chance to develop your editing and proofreading skills, with the help of experienced professional writers Paul Mason and Anna Reynolds.
This is an event for RCN members.
