The announcement by England transition CEO Sir Jim Mackey that ICBs are required to make 50% cuts to overheads will impact services and individuals as much as the NHS England absorption into the Department of Health and Social Care.
If you work for an ICB it's likely you will have been through significant change management already and the announcement of these further cuts, without clear plans, may have left you struggling to understand what they might mean for you and your role. We continue to seek clarity about what the future looks like and should know more in the next week or so.
