An online talk on the history of gardens, health and green social prescribing
Green social prescribing has become increasingly popular in recent years, with a growing understanding of the therapeutic benefits for physical and mental health. Join historian India Cole to discover how a seventeenth-century duchess used plant-based recipes to treat her melancholy, while nurses Carolyn Fleurat and Anna Redpath talk about delivering the NHS Green Plan and the value of green social prescribing.
