We believe that many nursing staff have been trained – and are expected to work – above a band 2 level. Nursing staff are left without the career progression and pay increases they deserve.
Come to our online session to meet with the RCN London team to share your experiences with us. Together let's plan next steps in the fight for fair pay.
This session is particularly for members who work at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust.
If you work at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust or London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and can't attend their specific session, please attend this one.
