RCN Northamptonshire Study Day: Incivility in the workplace and microaggression

All RCN Northamptonshire branch members are invited to this FREE branch study day, which will explore the impact incivility has on you, your colleagues, and patients. It will also outline what to look for, how to address issues and preparing for courageous conversations.
We now have the following speakers and presentations confirmed:
- Psychological safety - Sophie Ford, RCN Equity & Inclusion Lead.
- The NHS England Civility Toolkit - Kim Sunley, RCN Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
- Active bystanders and how to tackle microaggressions when witnessed - Ashley Tugby, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Northants Fire Service and Karen Boot, Branch Vice-Chair
- Mindfulness - Sarah Fereday, HR, Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
- The emotional impact of bullying, risk and supportive management interventions that can mitigate the emotional impact - Health & Wellbeing Team, University Hospitals of Northamptonshire Group.
This event is completely free, with refreshments throughout the day, and lunch will be provided.
