All RCN South Lincolnshire and RCN North Lincolnshire branch members are invited to this FREE study day at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston.
The event will explore professional roles and responsibilities, and has a great line-up of topics and speakers.
They are:
- The NMC Code and record keeping - Wendy Fowler or Julie Dixon, Nursing Education Adviser, Professional Practice Directorate, NMC
- The role and powers of HM Coroner - Paul Smith, Senior Coroner, Greater Lincolnshire Area
- This is Me (booklet containing personal information and life experiences of dementia patients) - What Carers Need to Know - Deborah Haynes, Learning & Development Facilitator (East & West Midlands), RCN Activist Academy
- Exploring how all health, care & wellbeing roles can promote person-centred care - Tommy Whitelaw, Person-Centred Voices Lead for Scotland’s Health & Social Care Alliance
The event will run from 10am - 4pm, with registration and refreshments available from 9.30am. Lunch is also included.
