The RCN is committed to being an inclusive organisation that promotes equality, values diversity and respects the dignity and rights of our members and staff.
Last year, we established an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) voluntary network of East Midlands members to guide our work on the EDI agenda and we're looking for more people to get involved and help us shape the future.
So if you're passionate about people being treated fairly and respected for who they are – whatever their background, interests or experiences - we’d love to hear from you.
You may be involved in promoting EDI in a professional capacity or you may be from an under-represented group and have powerful lived experience or insight that can shape what the network does and how it does it.
Whatever your own background and if you feel you have a positive contribution to make, we're inviting you to get involved.
