You are invited to join us for this online session to find out more about job evaluation.
It is important that your job description accurately reflects the job that you do. However, as the nursing profession has evolved, job descriptions and pay haven't always kept up.
If you think you’re not being paid fairly for the job you do, you can review and update your job description and ask for it to be evaluated. The RCN has many helpful resources to guide you through the process.
We'd also like to invite you to this webinar to answer any questions you might have. We will explain the job evaluation process and what steps you can take if you feel your job needs to be evaluated.
The session will be held online using Microsoft Teams. A link to join the meeting will be sent to you ahead of the session. When joining the meeting, please make sure you are clearly identified with your name on screen so we can admit you quickly to the event. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking your place. If joining from a mobile device, you may find it useful to download the MS Teams app in advance of joining the session.
