As part of the RCN job evaluation overview, we are hosting a webinar to explain how jobs in the NHS should be evaluated and what you can do if you think you are not paid fairly for the job that you do. The nursing profession has evolved, but job descriptions and pay haven’t kept up.
We are encouraging members to use job evaluation to seek pay justice.
