Cornwall members, your branch team is very keen to connect with you. Come meet them and collectively focus on the crucial issue of worker wellbeing.
Whether it's the repercussions of the pandemic, year-on-year of real-terms pay cuts during a the cost-of-living crisis, or the effects of working in a permanently pressurised and overstretched service, health care professionals' wellbeing needs some serious attention.
Let's come together as a branch and see how we can nurture health workers' resilience and and improve the wellbeing of those who care for others.
Who cares for the carers? Well, reps do. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to become an RCN rep, please come and meet Cornwall reps and officers at this event and have a friendly, informal chat about what's involved.
