*THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED* Join our study event and refresh your skills on mental health, self care and Huntington's Disease.
All members who work in Cumbria (or students or retired members based in Cumbria) are welcome to participate in your branch study day.
Programme:
9.45am - 10am - Arrival (tea and coffee available)
10am - 12pm - John Gregor from the Huntington's Disease Association - Mental health and Huntington's Disease
12pm - 1.30pm - Buffet lunch during the branch meeting, during which time Julie Minns, MP for Carlisle, may be joining us on Teams, subject to availability.
1.30pm - 2.30pm - Chris Green for Andy's Man Club in Carlise speaking to us about their service, a mental health support group for men.
2.30pm - 3.30pm - Personal mental wellbeing - 'How to self-care'
