Early Career Nurses Network Webinar: Finances after graduation
As you begin your career, laying a solid foundation for your financial wellbeing can help reduce money worries.
If you are unsure what to prioritise in your budget or whether there are other sources of income you could access, then be sure to attend this session.
We will explore ways to maximise your income through benefit entitlement, childcare options and tax relief. We will also look at the value of budgeting and paying into a pension.
You'll be joined by:
- Professional Advisor from Quilter Financial Advisors, who will cover financial wellbeing, budget planning and other top tips, and the importance of a pension.
- Claire Cannings, Welfare Lead, RCN Member Support Services, who will cover income maximisation, tax in your first year of work, childcare costs, in-work benefits and how the RCN can assist members.
By the end of the session you will have a better understanding of how to maximise the money you have available to you and manage your finances effectively.
