You are one of our valued reps and we are continually looking to make your learning with us more accessible. Join us for some exciting new sessions this Spring.
We have curated three new learning and development sessions that will help you in your role.
This session is specifically designed for all stewards. If you come you will understand what you can do when you are told ‘no’? Find out the ways that reps can escalate member issues by navigating the barriers to resolution and understanding how to reach the decision makers.
If you can't make this session, there are two more dates when this course will run:
- 3 June, 3pm to 5pm
- 12 June, 10am to 12pm
