Join Sue Tranka, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Wales, and a panel of executive nurse directors to explore the challenges and opportunities for nursing in Wales and the UK. This interactive session will allow delegates to engage with senior leaders, ask questions, and influence decisions on key issues affecting the profession. Topics will include the impact of devolution on nursing, staffing levels, and leadership. Delegates will gain a deeper understanding of nursing policy, enhance relationships with leaders, and learn how to influence both Welsh and UK government policies.
