Join us for the latest Continuous Learning and Development event for RCN reps working in the northern regions of England.
Exploring the topic of the 'Evolving Role of the Rep', this event will seek to re-emphasise the core principles of the RCN’s Organising Model and focus on building and maintaining member engagement.
During this day-long session we will hear from expert speakers who will:
- provide an overview of the RCN's Organising Model and its practical application in the workplace
- share insights on how reps can effectively engage and mobilise members
- offer guidance on developing leadership skills and building strong relationships with colleagues
This hybrid session, which will be delivered by our Learning & Development Facilitators, will take place in person at our offices in Bolton and online on Microsoft Teams. Lunch will be provided.
