Join us for an online Q&A session regarding the upcoming indicative ballot over pay of members employed by Manx Care.
Following members' rejection of the 4% pay offer for 2024/25, we are now holding an online indicative ballot to ask Manx Care employed members if they would consider taking strike action. The result of the indicative ballot will not formally authorise industrial action, but will be used to inform what members do next in the campaign for fair pay - including a legal ballot on industrial action itself.
The ballot will run from midday on Wednesday 26 February and close at midday on Wednesday 12 March.
This online meeting on Wednesday 5 March provides an opportunity for members to ask questions about the purpose and possible outcomes of the ballot before casting their vote.
