Northern and Yorkshire & The Humber IHSC 2025 leadership challenge! 
I’m also pleased to announce that registration will soon open for our Leadership Challenge, a fantastic opportunity for members across the Northern and Yorkshire & The Humber regions to identify and put their leadership skills to the test.

So, what is a Healthcare Leadership Challenge? It’s an immersive and dynamic event designed to develop leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills in a real-time, high-pressure environment. Teams will work through complex healthcare scenarios, judged by an esteemed panel of high-profile Healthcare Leaders.
This year’s challenge will be held at a central Newcastle venue on 30 September 2025, and we can’t wait to share more details soon. Whether you’re an aspiring leader or recently embarked on a leadership role, this is an event not to be missed!
