General

We reserve the right to alter our advertised arrangements for Events and Exhibitions at our discretion, and to cancel any time slot or Event or Exhibition without notice.

If this occurs and you have purchased a ticket for an Event we will where possible offer you an exchange or refund of your ticket(s).

For free Events and Exhibitions no compensation will be offered.

Admission to Events

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not have a valid ticket. For free Events, we overbook tickets to account for no shows. Seats/virtual places are available on a first come, first served basis. Latecomers will be admitted at our discretion.

In circumstances where a concession is claimed, proof of identity and concession entitlement (for example RCN membership) may be required to obtain entry to an Event.

A certificate of attendance can be provided on request. Please speak to a member of staff.

We are unable to support visa applications to attend Events or issue invitations in advance.

Any attendee behaving in a way to cause disruption or offence to others will be removed from online events immediately or asked to leave in person events.

Filming and Photography

By booking for an Event you agree that the RCN and any third party authorised by us may include you and those you have booked tickets for in any films, photographs and/or sound recordings of the Event and may use such films, photographs and sound recordings in perpetuity in any format without payment.

Alcohol at Events

When we offer free refreshments, alcoholic drinks are limited to a maximum of two per attendee aged over 18. Proof of age may be required. We reserve the right not to serve anyone after this limit.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone under the influence of alcohol to our venue and Events.
