I would like to thank you for your time and support throughout this process so far.

I have attached a copy of my updated job description, as discussed and agreed previously, as well as an organisational chart. 

I would be grateful if you could sign this off as an accurate reflection of my current role and forward it to the Job Evaluation HR lead.
