I’m writing to raise a grievance under [insert employer's name] grievance policy. I have attempted to resolve the matter informally in discussion with my manager, [insert manager's name], on [insert date], without success.
I made a request to discuss beginning a job evaluation and changing my job description to ensure it more closely matches the work I do as a member of staff, in line with the NHS Job Evaluation Scheme. [Insert manager's name] denied my request.
Remedy
I ask that I get immediate agreement that my current job description is reviewed and updated to better reflect the work I undertake as a member of staff.
I ask that the updated job description progresses to a correctly convened job evaluation matching panel without unreasonable delay.
