RCN West Midlands Education Network
Our regional Education Network in the West Midlands is open to practice educators, facilitators, mentors and other nursing staff with an interest in or remit for nurse education and/or learning and development. The network is free to attend and is open to pre- and post-registration nursing staff from any health care setting and sector, whether they are an RCN member or not.

RCN Shropshire Local Learning Event: Pain management in palliative care
Presented by Maggie Garmson, Clinical Educator in End of Life Care, this workshop will examine the concept of total pain in patients, pain descriptors and the types of physical pain experienced by patients, as well as the medication management of these types of pain. It will also incorporate an urgent branch Annual General Meeting.
