Submitted by the Oxfordshire branch, the Cancer Forum and the International Committee
Drawing insights from international organisations such as ICN, WHO, and Sigma Theta Tau, this session will highlight how nurses can engage with valuable global networks in order to improve their practice, education and research. Delegates will learn about the benefits of networking internationally, how to overcome barriers to access, and how to use these connections to enhance their professional development. The session is aimed at all Congress delegates, and provides practical examples of how global networks can positively impact nursing practice. Peer-reviewed and informed by the RCN accreditation process, we’ll also include feedback opportunities to inform future learning materials. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how international networks can contribute to their growth as professionals.
