RCN Congress
Thank you for joining us for Congress 2024 in Newport.
We're currently making plans for Congress 2025, which will take place in Liverpool from 12 to 15 May.
Network, learn, develop, debate
Congress is the ultimate opportunity to network with peers, hear from exceptional keynote speakers and take part in hot-topic debates about the issues affecting the nursing workforce.
Plus, with a dynamic learning and wellbeing programme, exhibition and scenic woodland location, you’re sure to leave Congress feeling enriched and inspired.
Congress debates
We received an incredible 149 ideas for debate this year. The 2024 agenda included a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, access to controlled drugs, genomics, green health care and political influencing.
You can find out more about which resolutions passed at this year's Congress via the button below.
Council's Report to Members
See the progress we've made against the resolutions our members passed at Congress 2023.
From tackling hate crime in health care to becoming an anti-racist organisation, we're taking forward some of the most important issues affecting the nursing workforce and health and social care.
RCN Congress is a unique opportunity for nursing staff from every part of the UK to come together, learn from each other and engage with the College and its partners.
Connecting you with the right people
Exhibit your product or service
Does your company sell a product, service or technological advancement that improves the experiences of nursing staff and patients?
Why not exhibit at Congress 2025?
