    The NHSPRB was asked not to make a pay recommendation for the multi-year pay deals for 2018/19 to 2020/21 but was asked to monitor the implementation and impact of the agreements put in place in the NHS. The submission made on behalf of the NHS trade unions underlines the need for effective monitoring and evaluation and preparation for an above inflation pay rise after the end of the pay deals.
